Why Eledi Home Cannot Offer Refunds and Returns on Handcrafted Products

At Eledi Home, we take immense pride in the unique, handcrafted nature of our products. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship is reflected in every piece we create. However, due to the special characteristics of our handmade items, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Here’s why:

Uniqueness & Variability:

Each item from Eledi Home is individually crafted by skilled artisans, making every piece distinct. Slight variations in color, texture, and shape are inherent in the handmade process and add to the uniqueness and charm of each product. These variations are not defects but are what make each piece special and irreplaceable.

Quality Assurance:

We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that every product meets our high standards before it is shipped. This meticulous process ensures that you receive a high-quality item that embodies the craftsmanship and attention to detail we stand for.

Customisation:

Many of our products can be customised to meet specific customer preferences. Custom orders are tailored to individual specifications, making them uniquely suited to the customer’s needs. As a result, these items cannot be resold or returned.

Hygienic Considerations:

For items such as vases, bowls, and other household goods, hygiene and safety are paramount. Once these products have been used, even minimally, they cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations.

Logistical Challenges:

The delicate nature of our handcrafted items makes them susceptible to damage during the return shipping process. To avoid compromising the integrity and quality of our products, we do not accept returns that could result in damage or diminished value.

Support for Artisans:

Eledi Home is dedicated to supporting artisans and their craftsmanship. Our no-returns policy helps ensure that artisans are fairly compensated for their work, maintaining the sustainability of our handcrafted business model.

Need Help?

In an event that customer received a damaged product (e.g broken) , here are the steps to be followed : 
– Client should inform us within 24hours of products received. 
– Pictures of product must be sent to eledihome@outlook.com within 24 hours of receipt.
– A product replacement will be sent to customer, we do not offer refund/ exchange.
